I was almost one-year postpartum with my third child when I enrolled in Jen’s bootcamp program. I was lethargic and could not shake the last 15 pounds of baby weight. Jen’s intense, hour-long, interval training bootcamp jumpstarted my return to fitness and has helped keep me on track one year later. In my twenties and early thirties, I relied heavily on cardio-only workouts that kept me around my ideal weight but even then my hips and back would ache after long runs. Jen’s bootcamp combines strength training, balance and cardio. I have seen a huge difference with respect to my energy, muscular tone and overall fitness level, while returning to my ideal weight and avoiding the aches and pains caused by running only, as a result. Jen’s understanding of physiology allows her to create a whole body workout that changes from week to week while also giving her the ability to advise clients on modifications for injuries/ special situations. Jen’s bootcamp may be intense but her demeanor is anything but — Jen is professional, kind, motivating, and she is able to make the work fun and a weekly ritual that I look forward to!

Working out with Jen has been an awesome experience! About a year ago, after taking a short hiatus from my regular workouts, I decided it was time to get back in shape.
